It’s optional to register and you can place an order as a guest.
However it is beneficial to create a Lacuna Sports account to manage your information and see past orders. We are proud to have you as part of the Lacuna Sports community, to share new products, collections and all the latest from our world.
From your Lacuna Sports account, you can view your recent orders and gift cards, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
If you’re having trouble logging into your Lacuna Sports account, don’t worry! You can re-set your password by clicking the ‘Forgot password?’ link when you are signing in. If this doesn’t work, please contact us. We are happy to help.
You can view your order under the ‘Orders’ section when logged into your Lacuna Sports account.
Placing an item into your shopping bag doesn’t reserve the item. The product may still sell out if other customers place orders of the same product before you check out.
If this happens, we will notify you by email that we are unable to ship the item that you have ordered and you won’t be charged.
No – if you need a different size or colour, please return the items and place a new order.
The discount code can be added in the shopping bag or at checkout and the total amount of your order will be updated. The discount code does not apply to the delivery cost, unless specified (such as free delivery discount). Remember that you can’t combine the code with other discounts. Please note that the code is case sensitive.
The gift card code, which will be sent in the gift card email, should be added at checkout and the total amount of your order will be updated. It is possible to combine the gift card code with other discounts, however, the gift card cannot be used against delivery costs. Please note that the code is case sensitive and you will need to be registered to redeem it.
We offer a few options for UK Delivery
Free Tracked Delivery – for all orders over £100
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr – £4.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr – £5.50
You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 days from placing your order.
It may take 5-7 days for orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
We ship on business days only.
You will be notified once we ship your parcel, and you will receive an email from Royal Mail with tracking details. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
We use DHL for EU and International orders.
You will be given shipping options once you check out, and you will be charged the exact amount it will cost to ship via DHL. Although more expensive, we are currently prioritising reliability until we have fully tested other means of shipping.
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.
Yes, you have the option to enter a different billing address from your delivery address during checkout.
We offer free returns with Royal Mail if you are in the UK, and with DHL for International.
We ask that you return your products to us unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. We will not refund or replace your order if garments have been worn or soiled.
Please note: Subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, headwear and gift cards are excluded from returns.
Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

It will take a few days for your return to reach us, and then it may take up to 5-7 days to process the return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

All of our products are made in Europe, with the exception of our cricket balls (Pakistan) and period pants (China).
Our Main Collection products are made by a small, specialist manufacturer in Portugal who shares our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Our Teamwear is made by a German company with factories in Lithuania and Romania. The bulk of trims and fabrics come from Europe, and all are made of the highest quality yarns produced in responsible factories.

At present, you can only get Lacuna Sports directly from us. As we grow, we may consider partnering with like-minded organisations. Please contact us at enquiries@lacunasports.co.uk if you have a partner in mind.
We produce a line of Teamwear following the same patterns as our Main Collection, but in fabrics that can be customised easily to match a team’s colours, patterns or other requirements. Please get in touch at teamwear@lacunasports.co.uk, or visit our Teamwear page.
We look for ways to reduce waste wherever we can. We make small batches of stock to reduce the risk of overstock/dead stock. Many of our fabrics are used for various products, reducing waste and driving order efficiency. We work with charity partners to offload excess stock and samples that we no longer need, giving our products a chance to bring cricket to girls and women who may not otherwise have access to new kit.
Absolutely! We advise our Teamwear customers to collect old teamwear and equipment when ordering with us, and we will organise a donation to one of our charity partners working in Commonwealth countries to bring cricket to women in challenging circumstances. If you are interested in ways to donate unwanted kit and equipment, please contact us at enquiries@lacunasports.co.uk and we are happy to point you towards one of the charities we work with.
Lacuna Sports works closely with female cricketers to design and refine products made for those playing the game. We are always interested to hear stories from cricketers, as well as feedback, suggestions and new partners to support our mission. Please contact us at enquiries@lacunasports.co.uk.
